Quickly find the information you need.
The questions cover the main stages of the supply relationship: product selection, technical specifications, documentation, purchase, and use.
Product Selection
Products and Applications
The initial information is used to match the customer’s needs with the most appropriate product family and configuration.
What does Casei Eco-System produce?
Casei Eco-System develops and manufactures products and recycled rubber flooring for professional applications. The product line includes solutions for fitness, playgrounds, construction, street furniture, road safety, logistics, animal husbandry, shooting ranges, and custom projects. Explore the product families.
Who are these products intended for?
This offering is primarily aimed at B2B customers: distributors, retailers, businesses, installers, designers, facility managers, and organizations that purchase or specify products for professional use.
How can I find the right product for my application?
Specify the intended use, whether for indoor or outdoor use, available surface area, size, thickness, load-bearing capacity, installation substrate, and any required performance specifications or certifications. This information allows the sales and technical departments to narrow their evaluation to compatible products.
Can all products be used for any application?
No. Products that look similar may have different compositions, densities, strengths, fire resistance, or installation methods. Suitability must be verified for each individual product and in relation to the actual conditions of use.
Composition and Variations
Materials, Sizes, and Customization Options
Composition and availability vary: each variant must be verified based on the product and the requested order.
What does “recycled rubber from ELTs” mean?
ELTs stand for end-of-life tires. After processing, the rubber is separated from the other components and turned into granules or powder, which are used—along with binders and other materials—in the production of products for various applications.
Do all products have the same composition and the same percentage of recycled content?
No. The formulation, particle size distribution, binder, pigmentation, density, and percentage of recycled material may vary depending on the product. The stated values must be consulted in the documentation specific to the particular item or mixture.
What colors, sizes, and thicknesses are available?
Variations depend on the product family and specific product. The product pages list the main sizes; availability, tolerances, packaging, and colors must be confirmed when placing an order or requesting a quote.
Does Casei Eco-System offer custom products?
Casei Eco-System can evaluate formats, manufacturing processes, or products developed to meet specific customer needs. Feasibility depends on geometry, materials, required performance, quantities, necessary equipment, and intended use. This evaluation always precedes the quote.
Verifiable data
Technical Documentation and Compliance
Technical declarations are valid only within the scope specified in the documents and must be compared with the applicable requirements.
What technical documents may be requested?
Depending on the product, technical data sheets, installation instructions, declarations, test reports, certifications, and material documentation may be available. The availability of a document must be verified before placing an order when it is a project requirement.
Do all products have the same tests and certifications?
No. Standards, tests, and certifications apply exclusively to the products, mixtures, thicknesses, and configurations specified in the relevant documents. They must not be automatically extended to other items in the same product family.
Do REACH, CAM, and REMADE® mean the same thing?
No. REACH addresses the obligations applicable to substances, mixtures, and articles; CAM sets forth environmental requirements for specific categories of public procurement; REMADE® certifies the recycled content of products included in its scope of certification. The documentation must therefore be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Is the fire reaction class the same for all products?
No. The fire reaction class depends on the product, its composition, thickness, and the configuration being tested. The test result for one item cannot be automatically applied to different versions.
Is a technical data sheet sufficient to determine a product’s suitability?
Not always. The technical data sheet describes the stated characteristics and performance, but the customer, designer, or person responsible for making the selection must compare them with the intended use, specifications, applicable standards, and actual installation conditions.
From Request to Order
Quotes, Samples, and Supplies
A complete request allows you to determine availability, pricing, documentation, and timelines more quickly.
What information do I need to request a quote?
Specify the product or application, size, thickness, color, quantity, delivery location, expected timeline, and any technical or documentation requirements. Providing complete information reduces the number of steps required to prepare the quote.
Can I request a sample?
Sample availability depends on the product, format, and destination of the request. The sales department verifies availability, dimensions, shipping methods, and any associated costs on a case-by-case basis.
Are there any minimum order quantities?
Minimum quantities, sales units, and packaging vary depending on the product, size, and requested configuration. Specific minimum order quantities may be required for customized items.
What are the production and delivery times?
Delivery times are confirmed once the product, quantity, availability, processing requirements, and destination of the goods have been determined. The date indicated in the quote or order confirmation serves as the reference for each individual shipment.
Product Use
Installation, Use, and Support
The mounting surface, environment, and operating conditions must be taken into account before installation and during maintenance.
Can the products be used both indoors and outdoors?
It depends on the product. Exposure to the elements, temperature fluctuations, UV rays, drainage, and substrate conditions can all influence your choice. Always check the intended use specified in the product documentation.
What information is needed to evaluate the installation?
We need at least the type and condition of the substrate, flatness, presence of moisture, slopes, indoor or outdoor use, intended fastening system, loads, and operating conditions. Photographs and measurements of the area can help with the initial assessment.
Are there instructions available for installation, cleaning, and maintenance?
When provided, the instructions apply to the specific product and its finish. There is no single procedure that applies to all surfaces: before proceeding, consult the available documentation and the instructions for the fastening system being used.
When should I contact the sales department, and when should I contact the technical department?
Contact the sales department for pricing, quantities, availability, and terms of delivery. Contact the technical department for specifications, documentation, requirements, applications, and installation. Updated contact information is available on the Contact Us page.
