In developing and testing the website, we adhere to recognized principles and technical criteria for digital accessibility, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), as well as applicable regulatory standards.
The European and national regulatory framework includes, among others, Directive (EU) 2019/882—the European Accessibility Act—transposed into Italian law by Legislative Decree 82/2022, as well as national legislation applicable to information technology tools and digital services.
The applicability of individual obligations depends on the entity, the service offered, and the relevant regulatory framework. For this reason, we do not consider this page to constitute a formal declaration of conformity when the relevant conditions are not met or a specific technical assessment has not been completed.
