Casei Eco-System has been processing recycled rubber since 2003 and has gradually shifted its focus to the production of finished products. The experience it has gained with the material and processes enables the company to develop products with different sizes, densities, shapes, and functions.
The company’s products serve a variety of professional sectors: flooring and accessories for the sports industry, playground safety surfacing and equipment, acoustic insulation for the construction industry, components for logistics and load securing, street furniture, road safety, and specialized applications.
Over time, the company has invested in plant development, automation, blend preparation, packaging, and the ability to handle both standard products and custom orders. Production, quality control, warehousing, and supply chain management are coordinated within the same operating system.
Each proposal is evaluated based on the required function, conditions of use, and industrial feasibility. Composition, recycled content, performance, compliance, and certifications are therefore specific to the individual product and the documentation actually available.
