Verified and traceable recycled material
For specific Casei Eco-System products, REMADE® certification is available, which allows a third-party organization to verify the recycled material content and its traceability.
The certifiable percentage should not be applied across the entire product line: it may vary depending on the product, the configuration, and, in some cases, the color.
For this reason, the applicable value is indicated in the relevant product data sheet and in the documentation associated with the specific order.

Performance verified based on the product
A technical standard, test method, classification, or product certification cannot be applied indiscriminately to the entire Casei Eco-System product line.
The required performance depends on the intended use, the specific model, and the configuration in question. For this reason, we subject our products to the relevant tests and inspections and provide the reference information within the context of each individual solution.
The principle we follow
Specific product → specific requirement → specific document.
Standards, test results, classifications, and certifications must be verified in the data sheet and documentation for the specific product in question; they should not be inferred from the product’s membership in a product family.

The inspections vary depending on the intended use
Depending on the product, the standards applied to our product lines include regulations and methods related to safety surfaces, playground equipment, sports surfaces, fire resistance, abrasion, friction, and other technical performance characteristics.

Impact Absorption and Equipment
Depending on the solution, the critical fall height, impact absorption, the chemical safety of the materials, and the requirements applicable to playground equipment may be relevant.
The standards referenced by specific products in the line include, for example, UNI EN 1177, EN 1176, and EN 71-3.
Sports and Fitness
Impact, Abrasion, and Surface Performance
Sports flooring can be tested for impact absorption, mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, and other characteristics required for the specific surface.
The applicable reference is specified in the documentation for each solution.
Construction and Interiors
Fire Resistance and Technical Performance
For specific applications, classifications related to fire resistance, acoustic performance, insulation, or other tests related to the intended use may be relevant.
For example, certain CASEI products are classified in accordance with UNI EN 13501-1.

Friction, Slippage, and Industry Requirements
For road, logistics, or technical applications, factors such as friction, slip resistance, mechanical behavior, or specific requirements of the sector of use may be relevant.
In this case as well, the test method must be specific to the solution in question and must not be generalized to the entire range.

Where applicable, product documentation may also be used to verify compliance with the requirements of the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM). However, compliance with the CAM is not automatically assumed for all products; it must be assessed in relation to the specific requirement, the product, and the documentation actually available.
