The Origins
From rubber processing to finished products
Casei Eco-System was founded in 2003 as part of an industrial project dedicated to the processing and reuse of rubber from end-of-life tyres. The company’s early experience in shredding provided it with firsthand knowledge of the material, its variability, and the potential applications following its recovery.
In 2011, the company made a decisive decision: to gradually focus its development efforts on the production of finished goods. This change affected formulations, production facilities, molding, product control, and the company’s ability to respond to different professional markets.

The company is gradually focusing its development efforts on the manufacture of products. Formulation, molding, design, and product testing have taken on a central role.

Production Structure
Molino dei Torti Becomes the Main Hub
Production operations are being relocated from the original site in Casei Gerola to the new plant in the province of Alessandria. The site integrates production, offices, and logistics and supports the growth of the product families.
2017
Facilities
Renovation of Production Lines
New investments are supporting the replacement and upgrading of equipment. The goal is to make the process more stable, increase repeatability, and support a steadily expanding product line.
2019
Expansion
The facility is expanding in Monteprandone
With its second production facility, Casei Eco-System is expanding its industrial operations and developing a facility dedicated specifically to the production of roll and sheet materials.
2020
Organization
New Product Lines, Blending, and Exports
Additional production lines and new systems for mixing and homogenizing the granules begin operation. At the same time, the company establishes a presence in foreign markets.
2024
Playground safety surfacing
A new dedicated facility
A new production line for playground safety surfacing is being installed, expanding production capacity and the ability to handle different configurations.
2025
Custom Work
The coil-cutting plant begins operations
The launch of the custom-cutting facility makes it possible to produce sheets, mats, and custom sizes from roll-form materials, expanding the range of products available for technical and industrial applications.
2026
Sports Flooring
New presses designed for sports equipment production
The installation of new presses dedicated to sports flooring strengthens the production facility and expands its capacity to handle the various sizes, thicknesses, and configurations required by the professional sector.
