ECO-FON MAT is a protective mat made of recycled SBR rubber, custom-made to fit the base of the adjustable supports used in raised-floor systems. Placed between the support and the flooring surface, it protects the surface below and helps reduce impact noise.

Dimensions, thickness, and density can be determined based on the characteristics of the substrate and the configuration specified in the design.

ECO-FON MAT uses a technical material made from recycled SBR rubber granules, derived primarily from end-of-life tyres (ELTs) and bound with polyurethane resin.

The shape is tailored to the base of the support, allowing a separating and protective layer to be inserted exactly where it rests. The slightly rough surface is characteristic of thick-cut recycled rubber.

Unlike a continuous roll solution, ECO-FON MAT is designed for localized application beneath each adjustable support.

Non-pigmented black

ECO-FON MAT is supplied in black without any added pigments. The nature of the recycled material may result in slight surface speckles, aesthetic variations, or marks caused by the cutting and die-cutting processes.

The surface is slightly rough and reflects the selected grain size of the material. Pinholes, slight aesthetic variations, or processing marks are attributable to the nature of the recycled material and the manufacturing process and do not compromise the product’s functionality.
