Modular Resilient Flooring for Equestrian Facilities
Horse Stall Flooring for Stables and Equestrian Facilities
ECO-BOX is a modular technical flooring system made from recycled SBR rubber, derived primarily from end-of-life tyres (ELTs), developed for horse stalls, stables, paddocks, training areas, hallways, and walkways. The geometry of the base promotes liquid drainage and contributes to the stability of the surface under conditions typical of equestrian environments.

Fluid Drainage
The geometry of the support base is designed to facilitate the drainage of liquids.
Dry Installation
The plates are placed on the support and connected to each other using pins.
Modular system
The modular design allows for the replacement of individual components on an as-needed basis.
01 / Product
Flooring designed for equestrian facilities
We manufacture ECO-BOX using SBR rubber granules derived primarily from end-of-life tyres, with a selected particle size of 2/4 mm and a polyurethane binder.

Technical Structure
Surface Continuity and Modularity
The system allows for the creation of continuous surfaces using interconnected elements. The geometry of the base contributes to the stability of the flooring under the typical conditions found in stables and equestrian facilities.
ECO-BOX does not serve a structural purpose and must be installed on a stable, properly prepared subfloor.

ECO-BOX in Equestrian Facilities
Installing the flooring in the stable allows us to evaluate how the modular flooring integrates into the areas designated for housing and moving the horses.
03 / Applications
Where to Use ECO-BOX
ECO-BOX is designed for the installation of resilient technical flooring in equestrian facilities.
Horse Stalls
For the flooring inside the stalls, on properly prepared subfloors.
Stables
For facilities used to house and care for horses.
Paddock
For surfaces where the product, substrate, and installation conditions are compatible with the intended use.
Hallways and passageways
For transit and connecting areas within equestrian facilities.

05 / Materials and Sustainability
Recycled rubber for a new application
ECO-BOX uses recycled rubber derived primarily from end-of-life tyres.
Secondary raw material
The SBR rubber component comes primarily from the recycling of end-of-life tyres.
End of Life Cycle
The technical data sheet indicates that the product is recyclable and can be sent for recovery and treatment by authorized operators, in accordance with the proper waste classification.
06 / Colors
Available Colors for ECO-BOX
The documented range includes black, red, and green.
07 / Installation
Dry installation on a stable subfloor
The subfloor must be stable, level, dry, and continuous. Compact, properly waterproofed substrates, such as concrete or asphalt, provide the conditions specified in the technical data sheet for greater long-term stability.

Connection System
Pins between the plates
The components are connected to one another using plastic pins inserted into the designated slots in the plate.
Installation Instructions
Simple support
The installation is done using the “dry” method, without any permanent fasteners to the substrate.
Installation Diagram
Recommended staggered layout
Both grid and staggered configurations are possible; the staggered layout is generally recommended to improve load distribution and overall stability.
Outflow
Gentle slope
A slight slope in the support facilitates the drainage of liquids and helps prevent surface pooling.
08 / Cleaning and Maintenance
How to Clean the ECO-BOX
In equestrian facilities, we recommend regularly cleaning the flooring, paying special attention to organic debris, joints, and hard-to-reach areas.
Routine cleaning
Vacuuming or sweeping
Regularly remove surface dirt, paying special attention to the joints.
Washing
Mild Detergent
Use mild, rubber-safe cleaners, avoiding excessive amounts of water and prolonged standing water.
Products to Avoid
Solvents and waxes
Do not use solvents, acidic or alkaline cleaners, or wax-based products.
09 / Documentation

10 / FAQ
FAQs About ECO-BOX
Direct answers to the most common questions about ECO-BOX flooring for equestrian facilities.
What is ECO-BOX?
ECO-BOX is a modular resilient flooring made from recycled SBR rubber, sourced primarily from end-of-life tyres, and developed for equestrian facilities.
Where can the ECO-BOX be used?
It is suitable for horse stalls, stables, paddocks, hallways, and walkways, provided that the suitability of the subfloor and the actual conditions of use are always verified.
Does the ECO-BOX need to be glued to the floor?
No. The installation described in the technical data sheet is a dry installation, simply laid on top of the substrate without any permanent fasteners.
What kind of subfloor is required?
The substrate must be stable, level, dry, and continuous. Compact, properly waterproofed substrates, such as concrete or asphalt, meet the requirements specified in the technical data sheet.
Does the flooring facilitate the drainage of liquids?
The geometry of the support base is designed to promote drainage. Even a slight slope in the subgrade helps limit surface water pooling.
How do you clean the ECO-BOX?
Routine maintenance involves vacuuming or sweeping and, when necessary, washing with neutral detergents suitable for rubber. Solvents, acidic or alkaline detergents, and wax-based products should be avoided.
