Ball-Containment System
Recycled rubber bullet trap block for ballistic walls and shooting ranges
ECO-SHOOT is a prefabricated element made of recycled SBR rubber, developed as a modular component for bullet containment and arrestation systems. The modules can be joined together and stacked to create configurations with different shapes and thicknesses, depending on design and operational requirements.
The mass and resilience of the elastic matrix promote deceleration and controlled penetration of the projectile into the material, helping to reduce the ricochet and fragmentation typical of rigid surfaces.

01 / Product
An elastic module for modular bullet trap systems
We manufacture ECO-SHOOT by agglomerating recycled SBR rubber granules—derived primarily from end-of-life tyres (ELTs)—bound with polyurethane resin. The result is a compact, elastic material designed for use in modular bullet containment and arrestation systems.
The modular design allows elements to be placed side by side and stacked, enabling the system’s geometry and thickness to be tailored to the specific project. ECO-SHOOT can therefore be used for both new installations and configurations designed to retrofit existing systems.

The overall system configuration is determined based on actual operating conditions and design requirements.
02 / Applications
Where to Use ECO-SHOOT
ECO-SHOOT is designed for ballistic applications that require a modular bullet-proof containment system.
Modular bulletproof walls
Modular Configurations
For constructing walls made up of elements placed side by side and on top of one another.
Containment and Arrest Systems
Modular component
As a modular component within configurations designed to interact with the impact of a projectile.
End-of-line protection
End of line
For configurations designed to protect the end zones of the playing fields.
New Installations and Upgrades
Configurable
The modular design allows the system to be configured for both new projects and the retrofitting of existing installations.
03 / Ballistic Behavior
Controlled penetration into the elastic matrix
The compact and elastic structure of ECO-SHOOT allows the material to interact with the impact, promoting the deceleration and penetration of the projectile into the module. This behavior helps limit the ricochet and fragmentation associated with impacts against rigid surfaces.
The performance of ECO-SHOOT has been the subject of documented ballistic tests, conducted both in-field and by qualified third parties. To assess the suitability of the configuration for specific conditions of use, the relevant test reports must be consulted, and the geometry, thickness, and design requirements must be taken into account.
The images of the product in use and of the recovered material visually document the interaction between the projectile and the product’s elastic matrix, showing both the surface of the wall after use and the behavior of the material in the impacted area.

Interaction Between a Projectile and an Elastic Matrix
The photographic documentation of the recovered material visually illustrates the performance of the recycled SBR rubber in the affected area.
The images serve to describe and document the system’s behavior after use. The performance evaluation must always be based on the configuration used and the corresponding test reports.
04 / Composition and Colors
Recycled SBR rubber bound with polyurethane resin
ECO-SHOOT is made from SBR rubber granules derived primarily from end-of-life tyres (ELTs) and bonded together with polyurethane resin. In the colored versions, the appropriate colorant paste is added.

05 / Installation
Modular configurations that can be arranged side-by-side and stacked
ECO-SHOOT is designed to be installed by placing individual modules side by side and on top of one another. The catalog specifies that the modules should be stacked on a flat surface.
