ECO-GYM LAMINATED is a modular sports flooring system with a two-layer structure, designed for gyms, free-weight areas, functional training areas, and cross-training areas. The surface, made of recycled rubber with 20% EPDM, is co-molded onto a base of recycled SBR rubber, combining a contemporary melange finish with impact absorption and noise reduction properties. It is available in a 1000 × 1000 mm format in thicknesses of 15, 20, 30, 40, and 50 mm.

Two layers, one training surface
ECO-GYM LAMINATED combines a base made of recycled SBR rubber granules with a surface layer composed of recycled rubber and 20% colored EPDM. The two-layer structure creates a surface with a uniform, melange appearance, designed for fitness environments where aesthetics and performance must go hand in hand.

Smooth surface and LOCK configuration
The standard version features a smooth surface with no seam pattern. Upon request, ECO-GYM LAMINATED can be supplied with the LOCK mechanical fastening system, which connects the panels from the underside, leaving the walking surface unobstructed.

ECO-GYM LAMINATED is designed for modular installation on a stable, level, and properly prepared subfloor. The LOCK mechanical system is available upon request to connect the panels from the underside.

Mechanical connection from the bottom
The plates are inserted into the designated slots on the underside of the slabs, allowing the elements to be mechanically connected without interfering with the walking surface.
