ADMINISTRATIVE FAQ

For the first delivery, the mode of payment is usually advance bank transfer or credit card upon confirmation of your order. If necessary, different arrangements can be made with the office.

To get a quote from us kindly send email stating: (for example)model, thickness of flooring, color and total sq.m.

To place an order, contact our sales department, and our team will process your order and send you a confirmation with details and delivery time.

LOGISTIC FAQ.

Upon receipt of the order confirmation, it must be returned stamped and signed for acceptance along with the appropriate down payment, if any, to authorize putting the goods into production. The order confirmation we send out always includes the date of goods readiness. However, we send further notice to the customer as soon as the goods are ready for pickup or shipment.

Circuit-managed shipments depend on regions and inconvenient areas. For northern and central Italy it is cca 48-72 hours transit time, for southern Italy and islands 96 hours transit time. Where there is mandatory telephone notice, the return time is extended by 1 or 2 days.
