Position Description:

We are looking for a Foreign Salesperson to join our team at our Molino dei Torti (AL) office.
The selected candidate will play a crucial role as a liaison between different business functions, managing customer relationships at all stages of the sales journey, from lead generation to customer retention.
Key responsibilities include:

– Research new customers in various business sectors.
– Analyze the needs of active customers, defining solutions in line with business strategies.
– Manage the drafting of commercial offers and negotiate contract terms.
– Develop and maintain positive relationships with key customers, negotiating and closing relevant contracts.
– Participate in trade shows and industry events, both as a visitor and exhibitor.

Requirements:

– Proven prior experience of at least 5 years in sales, international.
– Excellent knowledge of Office Package and management software (preferably Business Cube).
– Organizational and planning skills, with a strong aptitude for working by objectives.
– Excellent dialectics, empathy and ability to build strategic relationships.
– Accuracy, proactivity, resilience to stress and leadership skills.
– Resourcefulness, dynamism and initiative.
Languages required: mandatory fluent English, both spoken and written, additional foreign languages welcome: French and/or German
