Casei Eco-System, an innovative and dynamic company that has been present in the green economy market for more than 20 years, develops and manufactures products of excellence with recycled materials, is seeking a Salesperson to join its staff at the Molino dei Torti (AL) office.

The selected candidate will play a liaison role between the various business functions, managing relationships with customers at all stages of the sales journey, from lead generation to retention, following the following steps:

  • Research new customers in the various business areas;
  • Analyze the needs of active customers, from requirements analysis to solution definition, to best evaluate the management of business offerings based on company strategies and policies;
  • Manage the relationship with the customer starting from the drafting of the commercial offer to the contractual terms and conditions through effective communication;
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients including negotiating and closing major contracts;
  • Participate in trade fairs and industry events, either as a visitor or exhibitor.


  • Good knowledge of Office Package and management software dedicated to administrative/commercial flow such as: Business Cube, SAP, AS400 or similar;
  • Prior experience of at least 5 years in a sales environment;
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong ability to plan and track work progress and work by objectives;
  • Familiarity with sales and negotiation techniques;
  • Good dialectics and empathy, ability to build strategic relationships;
  • Strong precision and accuracy skills, proactivity;
  • Stress resilience;
  • Good leadership, dedication and motivation to results;
  • Intrapreneurship, dynamism, mediation skills and initiative complete the profile;
  • Periodic visits to clients.
