ECO-COIL TRAP is a recycled rubber stabilizer base designed to ensure the safe transport of heavy coils, such as steel coils and paper coils. Thanks to its wedge-effect central vent design, it ensures optimal clamping of coils and minimizes their movement during transport or storage. An environmentally friendly and reliable solution that combines safety, strength and sustainability.

ECO-COIL TRAP is made of recycled SBR rubber from end-of-life tires (ELTs). The central svaso, which is present on both sides, acts as a wedge support that counteracts lateral movement and provides a stable grip on the reel. Side reflective bands increase the visibility of the product, enhancing safety even in low-light conditions. The material’s strength and durability allow repeated use without significant deformation.

ECO-COIL TRAP has a standard size of 1000 × 1000 mm with a thickness of 50 mm. The geometry of the trap is designed to accommodate coils of different diameters and weights, providing stability on trucks, containers and storage yards. The product is made from secondary raw materials from ELTs and is recyclable at the end of its life, in line with circular economy principles.

ECO-COIL TRAP is available in black with yellow reflective side bands to ensure immediate visibility and recognition.
