ECO-BALLAST is recycled rubber ballast designed to replace traditional anchoring and stabilization systems. It is a versatile and sustainable product made from SBR granules derived from end-of-life tires (ELTs), ideal for applications requiring weight, stability and strength without the use of concrete or metal.

ECO-BALLAST is a stabilizer for vertical construction site signs, completely made of rubber derived from End-of-Life Tires (ELT).
Its function is to stabilize construction site signs by preventing excessive oscillation of signs as required by current regulations: DL 285/1992 – DP 95/1992 – DL 81/2008 – Decree 10/July/2002 – DM-22/01/2019.
Thanks to its special conformation, which is the result of careful design in cooperation with leading road maintenance companies, it allows overlapping to increase the applied load when necessary under special conditions of use (stretches subject to strong gusts of wind, large signposts, just to name a few examples). Special slots provided in the product can corroborate the sign support frame, further increasing its stability.
Especially suitable for highway signage and where there is a high flow of heavy vehicles.

ECO-BALLAST is made in a single one-piece body of length 54 cm, width 25 cm and height 12 cm. Each individual piece weighs approximately 12 kg.
