ECO-GYM ROLL is the rubber floor roll for gym ideal for those who want a continuous, resistant surface with a strong aesthetic impact. The roll format allows for quick and uniform installation, ideal for fitness areas, home gyms, sports centers, and areas frequently used by athletes. The production primarily using recycled rubber from end-of-life tires makes this product a sustainable, practical choice that complies with the strictest environmental criteria.

Its surface has excellent grip, resists “wear and offers comfort, safety, and ease of cleaning even in high-traffic environments. The product stands out for its” excellent sound insulation and ability to absorb light impacts, making it ideal for areas intended for bodyweight exercises or functional zones. Choosing to use roll flooring instead of tiles allows for a training surface with fewer joints, resulting in a more uniform appearance.

The ECO-GYM ROLL rolls are made with a height of 125 cm and are available in various thicknesses that characterize the length of the roll itself.
Starting from 6 mm, the thinnest thickness for this type of flooring, up to 10 mm.

ECO-GYM ROLL is available, upon request, with REMADE® certification, which attests to a recycled material content of 92% in the standard black version. The melange versions with EPDM are not included in the certification. At the time of order, it is possible to request the relevant certification, which guarantees the traceability of materials and provides the necessary documentation for compliance with Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM), a fundamental requirement for participation in tenders and for orders from public administration.

ECO-GYM ROLL is available in black, the natural color of SBR rubber, or in the melange version with 5% or 20% EPDM.
The melange version mixed with EPDM, in both percentages, is available in the following colors: Yellow (RAL 1012), Red (RAL3016), Light Blue (RAL5012), Green (RAL6017), and Gray (RAL7040).

ECO-GYM ROLL is ideal for use in a wide range of sports activities, such as:

• Continuous flooring for professional and private gyms

• Warm-up areas, bodyweight exercises, stretching, and yoga

• Cardio rooms or weightlifting areas

Installation can be done with loose lay or partial or total gluing, depending on the requirements. It is recommended on flat, clean, and dry surfaces. For optimal results, edges can be finished with custom cutting and using double-sided tape or specific rubber adhesives.

The ECO-GYM ROLL rolls can be easily cut with a cutter or professional cutting tools to fit along wall perimeters and corners.
