In this article, we explain what the CAMs are, which sectors they apply to, and which certifications can document the recycled content. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why Minimum Environmental Criteria Are Mandatory in Public Procurement<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Article 57, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 36\/2023 requires that the technical specifications and contractual clauses contained in the applicable CAMs be included in the design and bidding documentation.
